Concerning: My Order

How long does it take to shipping my order?

Our default shipping process takes 4-7 business days to most destinations worldwide; you can upgrade to Fast Ship that takes 1-2 business days, available at checkout.

What are business days?

Business days are weekdays, that is, from Sunday to Thursday (inclusive) and do not include Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.

Can I cancel my order before I receive the item?

You can cancel the order. However, you must cancel your order as soon as possible. Your order will be processed within a maximum of two days, but you will likely be treated sooner. Your order will then enter the workflow and you will not be able to cancel it. Once the order has been completed and sent, if you wish to cancel it, you must send an email to teamsupport@alitajewels.com and our support team will guide you.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the order status by logging in to your account and then clicking “Orders”.
Throughout the process we send an email and update the status.

Concerning: Payment

What are the payment options on the site?

You can pay using PayPal or credit card through PayPal service.

Do you accept an international credit card?

Yes, we get Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

When i will be charged?

The charge is made automatically and immediately after the order is completed. Upon confirmation of the transaction by the credit card company, you will be notified by email of receipt of the payment and approval of the transaction.

Concerning: Shipping

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes, it is possible to mark the option to a different address.

How do I know what my shipping charges are?

After you have entered your address details during checkout, you will be shown the pricing breakdown for the products you are ordering. This analysis will include all of the costs associated with your purchase. This involves the cost of shipping. All our shipping costs are free, except special shipments.

Can I get my order faster than 14-21 days?

More than that. We update you by e-mail at any status during the order, and therefore if the products you ordered are in stock, you will receive an email that the products have been sent earlier to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to most countries around the world. If your country is not on the list on the checkout page, you can contact with our team support by email to teamsupport@alitajewels.com, and we will find a solution.

Concerning: Returns

What is your returns policy?

We at Alita Jewels are confident that our jewelry is of high quality and will be suitable for you. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. Refunds will only be made for jewelry up to a purchase price of 3,000 NIS up to 48 hours after the purchase and under the following conditions:

1. The presentation of an invoice attesting to the execution of the transaction or any proof of execution of the transaction, the entire amount paid and the means of payment.
2. The refund will be made according to the means of payment.
3. Cancellation fees are 5% of the purchase price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
4. By paying by credit card, payment will be made for clearing the credit card.
5. You will incur the return shipment cost
6. The product will be returned or replaced in its original packaging, without any defect and without any signs of use and with the security badge affixed to it. The Company has the right to send the product for inspection.
7. No products will be returned or replaced in special order such as orders with engraving, customization to customer.

In case of buying jewelry above the purchase price of 3,000 NIS, you can return the product and receive a credit card for purchase on the site or replace it with another product within 14 days from the date of receiving the item in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.

What information do we collect?

Registration on the Site and on-site purchase constitute details of the completion of your purchase (invoicing, shipping details, etc.)
The information is not transferred to another party.
We take advanced precautions for safe purchase. The site is secured via SSL and credit card data transfer is made through a secure portal purchase.

Concerning: Problems and Support

Can I replace a lost invoice?

You can obtain your invoice and other order information by sending us an email to teamsupport@alitajewels.com with your request, and we will be glad to provide it.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

The answer to this question depends on some factors.
If the problem is that your product is not what you ordered, or is defective, you can return the product.

If the problem is a technical issue you are experiencing with the product, contact us at teamsupport@alitajewels.com and our team support will help you.

If the problem is that you do not want your order anymore, you can return the product, but you will incur the return shipping and tax charges.

Concerning: Diamonds & Jewelry

How can I know that the diamond I will receive is of the quality for which I will pay?

In order to ensure that you receive the product you are paying for, we provide a  gemological certificate for the diamond jewelry we purchase.

How do you know the size of her ring?

Our ring size guide can be used. In most cases, we recommend that you take an existing ring and check the size. If you can not, we will be happy to contact you and we will guide you with additional measurement options.

Is there a warranty on the jewel?

Yes, there is a warranty on the jewelry for one year. The warranty does not include natural wear, damage caused by misuse and handling, accident and / or damage. In addition, the warranty does not cover products that have undergone repair of any kind other than by ALITA.
The responsibility for placing the diamonds in the jewelry during the first year is valid only if there is no damage and / or refraction to the tooth in which the diamond is placed, even if the customer did not consciously realize that the jewel was hit / damaged.
There is no responsibility for loss or theft of a product.
